I LOVE YOGA~~

Stress~ Stress~ Stress~,shoulder pain always...coz work front of the computer all the time. Yoga do help a lot, feel like release, breath smoother...healthier..prettier? hahaha...hope so..tonight want go again, hope can be there on time la...coz off work late recently, can't manage to join yoga class right on time. SO..pray for me, boss won't come over or send me email after 6pm la..hehe..

YES~YOGA!

Let's fill it FULL!

There is nothing much i get when i work hold week 7 days, income not as much as you think..less contact with frens and family, feel empty d..so lets plan our life to be more cheerful! Working not forggeting hv fun, keep contact parents and frens are the way to get closer...care about everyone around you, care about everything that happen day and night around you..big small news, be ALERT! Working with happier, warmer, cheerful heart, YOU WILL FEEL LIFE IS GREAT! So let's fill it FULL!
