2008

January of 2008, many thing need go forward and move fast coz feel that starting old...example..easy fat, easy get sick..Yoga do help a lot, everytime after yoga class i not only feel relax, it was release..haha, coz working front of computer, everybody also will have the same problem shoulder feel stress and pain. Yoga really help on this. The feeling like after yoga class same like after doing massage. It's true! Let's keep it up! hehe..
